So, what are we looking for?

We are seeking an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to join our Pune team. This role will focus on building and executing high-performing campaigns that drive demand generation, nurture leads and ultimately convert interest into qualified opportunities. If you live and breathe digital engagement, have a sharp eye for data and understand the art of personalized communication, we want you.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, develop, and send targeted email and SMS campaigns to drive demand generation, event registrations, and lead nurturing.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Use advanced audience targeting in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to deliver relevant, timely messages.
  • Creative Development: Collaborate with design to produce mobile-responsive, visually compelling templates.
  • Automation & Optimization: Leverage AI tools and automation workflows to optimize send times, messaging, and conversions.
  • Testing & Analysis: Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creative, and CTAs; analyze campaign performance to refine strategies.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all campaigns follow data protection regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration: Partner with event and sales teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader business goals.

Does experience count?

  • Proven experience in email/SMS marketing, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2B demand generation in the technology or AV industry.
  • Skills in HTML email coding or graphic design tools.
  • Knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows.
  • Familiarity with compliance regulations for digital marketing.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
