Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in day-to-day operations, order processing, client communication, and reporting. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication to ensure smooth coordination between sales, clients, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders.
  • Coordinate with clients for documentation, order status, and after-sales support.
  • Liaise with internal departments (logistics, accounts, operations) for order fulfillment.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, trackers, and MIS for management.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and handling correspondence.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers on quotations, payments, and deliveries.
  • Maintain records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in CRM/ERP systems.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
  • 1–4 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or admin support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience in CRM/ERP tools preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
