Role Overview

We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Expert (Google Ads)
to join our dynamic marketing team in Delhi. You'll play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance campaigns across search and display networks, ensuring maximum ROI and business alignment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end
    Google Ads
    campaigns, Meta Ads (Search, Display, Video).
  • Conduct thorough
    keyword research
    and competitor analysis.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, budgets, and campaign settings.
  • Create engaging
    ad creatives
    and write compelling ad copy.
  • Perform
    A/B testing
    to improve CTR and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare actionable performance reports.
  • Collaborate with the
    Sales and Marketing teams
    to align strategies with business goals.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new features, and industry trends.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience managing high-performance
    Google Ads
    and
    Meta Ads
    campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of
    performance marketing, CPL/CPI/CPA models
    , and digital funnel optimization.
  • Proficiency in
    Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite
    , and similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of
    marketing strategy, social media marketing
    , and audience targeting.
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    mindset.
  • Excellent
    communication and interpersonal
    skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a
    fast-paced, collaborative
    environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Marketing, Business
    , or a related field.
  • Prior experience in the
    digital marketing or mobile app promotion
    space is a plus.
