- Manage client relationships, including VIP clients, ensuring they receive personalized service and exclusive event invitations.
- Organize and execute in-store events, including private viewings for select clientele. Store Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and adherence to company standards.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment of products.
- Monitor and manage the store's performance reports, tracking footfalls, conversions and sales. Business Development:
- Expand Aulerth’s presence in the region by helping the brand build meaningful relationships with local clients, partners, and third-party platforms.
- Leverage personal and professional networks to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with key partners to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic to the store. Marketing & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement in-store promotions and client outreach initiatives.
- Assist with the implementation outreach activites, offering special experiences to loyal customers or those interested in specific designs.
- Support partnerships with third-party platforms, ensuring the brand’s discount policies are clearly communicated to the team. Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Boutique Manager or in a similar retail management role, preferably in luxury fashion.
- Demonstrated ability to expand business in a region, with a strong focus on building partnerships and fostering relationships.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, train, and motivate a team.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of the luxury fashion industry, sustainability trends, and visual merchandising.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in managing financials, including sales reports, inventory, and budgets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Passion for fashion, sustainability, and customer service excellence. What will the candidate benefit from:
