Job Title: Project Manager - PHP
Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead a team of developers in delivering high-quality PHP projects. This role involves planning, coordinating, and leading activities across the full project lifecycle, collaborating with stakeholders, and influencing the future direction of our product development.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and manage project plans, identify resources, and prepare status reports.
  • Oversee project activities, documentation, and ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Lead a team of 10-20 members in delivering high-quality code.
  • Facilitate meetings to identify project goals and foster collaboration.
  • Liaise with business and technical stakeholders to translate and validate requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, issues, and ensure milestones are met.

Qualifications and Skills:



  • BTech/BE/MCA
  • 10-15 years overall experience, with 5+ years in PHP/Angular programming.
  • 2+ years in end-to-end project management.
  • Experience in a Scrum/Agile environment; Scrum certification preferred.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter) and database systems (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Familiarity with Angular, RESTful APIs, UI/UX principles, Git, and Linux environments.

Preferred:



  • Experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI domain).

Technology Requirements:



  • PHP & Framework: 10+ years
  • SQL: 5 years
  • Dev Tools (GIT): 2 years
  • Database (MySQL/Oracle): 5 years
