Job Title : Associate Project Lead
Overview :



  • Lead a team of skilled developers across multiple project implementations.
  • Write code and technical documents for new requirements and enhancements.
  • Plan, coordinate, and lead full delivery lifecycle activities, collaborating with stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities :



  • Analyze client requirements and interface between team and clients.
  • Provide solutions to technical issues, ensuring development schedules are met.
  • Design and develop new features, maintaining high coding and software quality.
  • Lead a team of 5-6 members, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational guidelines.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, strategizing solutions for challenges.
  • Track project timelines, processes, client expectations, and resources.
  • Manage project milestones and deadlines to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications and Skills :



  • BE/B.Tech/MCA or equivalent.
  • 7-10 years of application development experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving attitude with a positive outlook.
  • Experience in client interaction and leading teams of 3-4 members for at least 2 years.
  • Proficient in code review and technical guidance.

Technology Requirements :



  • PL/SQL Programming : Stored Procedures, Functions, Database triggers (5 years)
  • SQL : DML, DDL, DCL (5 years)
  • Dev Tools : PL/SQL Developer, Toad (5 years)
  • Preferable experience in Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI domain).
