About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our 360° marketing agency. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and executing social media strategies, managing brand presence across platforms, and driving measurable engagement for diverse clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Manage content calendars, campaigns, and day-to-day posting across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and copy teams to create engaging content (static, video, reels, stories).
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to craft innovative campaigns.
  • Handle influencer outreach, collaborations, and partnerships where required.
  • Track KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, conversions) and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Respond to comments, queries, and community engagement in a timely and brand-consistent manner.
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, platform tools, and analytics insights.
  • Work closely with paid ads team to align organic and paid strategies for maximum ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 2 – 4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of all major social platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Promotions) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with ability to generate new content ideas and campaign concepts.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
  • Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement.
