Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and evaluate market trends.- Analyze competitor activities and industry developments to stay informed about market changes.- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company goals.- Identify new markets and segments for business expansion.- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners.- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive business growth.- Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure profitable business deals.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role.- Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs.- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
