Location: Anywhere in India – ready to travel frequently to Saudi Arabia region

Must Have: Hunting, Farming and Mining experience in industrial sales with expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance, industrial automation, and cloud sales or SaaS.

Job Responsibilities:
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence in the KSA, focusing on generating leads and converting them into sales.
• Growing Existing Business: Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing clients to drive additional revenue, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnership.
• CxO Relationship Management: Develop and manage relationships with C-level executives to drive strategic business discussions and influence decision-making processes.
• Technical and Value Selling: Utilize technical knowledge and value-based selling techniques to effectively communicate the benefits and ROI of our solutions to potential clients.
• Solution Sales: Demonstrate expertise in selling complex solutions, understanding client needs, and providing tailored offerings that meet their specific requirements.
• Complex Multiple Stakeholders Management: Navigate and manage sales processes involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and consensus to facilitate successful deal closure.
• Annuity Contracts: Drive sales of annuity contracts, focusing on long-term service agreements that provide ongoing revenue streams.
• Large Account Management: Oversee and manage large accounts, ensuring consistent engagement, satisfaction, and growth within key clients.
Qualifications:
• Technical Knowledge: Strong background in industrial sales with expertise in reliability and predictive maintenance, industrial automation, and cloud sales or SaaS.
• Sales Performance: Proven track record of high-performance sales, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly adapt to evolving market conditions and industry trends.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial sales, with experience in large deals in sectors such as oil and gas, utilities, energy, mining, or government.
• Sales Expertise: Proven experience in solution sales, large annuity contracts, services sales, or project sales.
• Regional Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience working in KSA or nearby regions.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industrial automation or industrial projects.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing stakeholders and building strong CXO relationships.
• Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills and outcome-oriented thinking.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel extensively and relocate to KSA.
