Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage directly with users in-person as a vital member of Navi's Health Insurance Field Advisory team. Understand customer needs and concerns, and provide personalized recommendations to guide & onboard customers by supporting them in their purchase journey.
  2. Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

  2. Strong Communication Skills: Effective and clear communication is fundamental to our operations.

  4. Language Proficiency: Being proficient in English, Hindi & Kannada enables you to communicate effectively with a diverse audience in Bangalore.
  5. Technology Skills: Basic understanding of MS Excel and Google Sheets and familiarity with Inbound/Chat/Email tools.
  6. Territory Expert : You are able to navigate Bangalore’s roads and traffic with ease, ensuring timely client meetings within your assigned area. Two two-wheeler vehicles & valid driving license is a must.
  7. Work experience : 1-2 years, of prior experience in a field role is good to have, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  8. Minimum Education: Should be 12th pass.
