Demonstrated experience in translatingcustomer business requirements into workable premier softwaresolution.
Project Leadership andManagement : Lead and manage Oracle CIS implementationprojects ensuring they are delivered on time within scope andwithin budget. This includes planning project stages settingdeadlines and allocating resources effectively.
Technical Implementation: Provide technicalguidance and support during the implementation of Oracle CISsolutions. This includes configuring and customizing the system tomeet specific client needs and integrating it with other systems asrequired.
Risk Management: Identifypotential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigatethese risks. This involves continuous monitoring and adapting plansas necessary to address new challenges as they arise.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of theimplemented solution by overseeing testing and validationprocesses. Address any defects or issues promptly to ensure thesystem meets all client and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary pointof contact for all project stakeholders including clients teammembers and senior management. Facilitate regular meetings andupdates to ensure all parties are aligned and informed aboutproject progress and any issues.
Training andSupport : Provide training and support to clients andtheir users to ensure they are fully equipped to use the new CISsystem effectively. This includes creating user manuals conductingtraining sessions and providing ongoing support after projectcompletion.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve project management processes andimplementation methodologies. Stay updated with the latest OracleCIS features and industry trends to enhance service delivery andclient satisfaction. Experience: 10 years of overall technologyexperience
4 years of experience relevant to thisposition including 2 years of complex software systems integrationproject management experience with fixed bid project consultingbudgets in excess of $1M.
5 year of consultingexperience in a professional services or systems integrationorganization
Experience developing cost estimates forProfessional Services efforts as well as communicating valuepropositions.
Agile Methodology experience.
Experience creating and communicating SOW for new and existingcustomers.
Excellent customer relationship savvyincluding comfort interacting at the C level.
Experiencedelivering presentations.
Excellent verbal and writtencommunication presentation and negotiation skills. Knowledge & SkillRequirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science InformationTechnology Business Administration or a related fieldrequired.
Must have proficiency in Oracle UtilitiesCustomer Care & Billing (CC&B) Customer to Meter (C2M)Meter Data Management (MDM) or Customer Cloud Service (CCS) asapplicable.
Deep understanding of the Utilities valuechain.
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skillsare essential for interpreting complex business requirements anddevising effective solutions.
Strong communication andstakeholder management skills are necessary for effectivecollaboration with diverse teams and clear presentation ofsolutions.
Proficient project management abilities tooversee timelines resources and project deliverablesefficiently.
Capability to work independently and leadglobally distributed teams. Nice to Have: PMP Six Sigma or other Project Managementcertifications is a plus.
Should possess a strong graspof the Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF) to steer theoverall solution development.
Skilled in various modulesof CC&B/C2M/MDM for configuration customization and integrationwith other applications.
A commitment to continuouslearning to remain current with OUAF updates new technologies andindustry trends.
