Job Description:

We are seeking a talented ATG Developer with frontend experience to join our remote team. As an ATG Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining e-commerce solutions using the Oracle ATG Commerce platform. Additionally, proficiency in Knockout.js and frontend development skills are required to enhance user interfaces and overall customer experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize e-commerce websites and applications using the Oracle ATG Commerce platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and propose technical solutions.
  • Design and implement ATG-based solutions for catalog management, product merchandising, checkout processes, and payment integration.
  • Enhance user interfaces and frontend functionalities using Knockout.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Optimize website performance, scalability, and security.
  • Conduct code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends in e-commerce development and frontend technologies.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience (8+ years) working as an ATG Developer, with strong proficiency in Oracle ATG Commerce.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies, including Knockout.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with other frontend frameworks/libraries such as React.js or AngularJS.
  • Knowledge of backend technologies like Java/J2EE.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce domain projects.
