QualificationsKey Requirements6-10 years of experience working as a DevOps EngineerA good understanding of best practices for developing software (version control, CI/CD, automation, IaC, pair-programming, documentation, testing, etc.)Proficient with KubernetesExpertise with Linux-based systemsExperience in building and maintaining highly available systemsExperience with Agile methodologiesWorking in a distributed environment where e-mail, instant messaging and voice calls are the only interactions with others on a daily basisDBs: SQL, MySQL,Postgres, Elasticsearch, MongoDB or other NoSQL systems(functionality knowledge/best practices)Experience with Infrastructure-As-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation or using SDKsBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.Key QualitiesAn open-minded person: assertive, empathetic, a team player, fair, honest, humbleGreat at context switchingExperience mentoring candidates and taking technological decisionsThe desire to be constantly learning and the ability to see new challenges as a great opportunity to keep growingAbility to communicate effectively (speaking and writing)Nice to haveScalability, HA and troubleshooting of web-scale applicationsMigration and modernization of application or infrastructureContainer technologies such as
