As a Senior DevSecOps engineer at ISA, you'll spearhead the design and implementation of systems that prioritize security from the core of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).


Working closely with software development, security, and Cloud operations teams, your role will be pivotal in refining processes, tools, and the organizational culture to consider security a top, shared responsibility.

Your input will be crucial in safeguarding the security of our Continuous Integration and Continuous Cloud Delivery (CI/CD) frameworks.

Your Challenges:


  • Integrate security and privacy throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, utilizing advanced tools like SonarQube, Burp Suite, Nessus, OpenVAS, Nmap, Tripwire, Kali Linux, OWASP ZAP, and Acunetix.
  • Make use of technologies such as SAST, DAST, IAST, and SCA to detect and mitigate security vulnerabilities proactively.
  • Conduct meticulous Threat Modeling assessments, examining potential risks in different processes, systems, or technologies.
  • Carry out manual and automated source code analysis and reviews across various programming languages, including Java and .NET.
  • Create and implement automated procedures and tools to boost the efficiency and efficacy of security protocols.
  • Proactively monitor systems to pinpoint and resolve possible vulnerabilities or weaknesses.
  • React promptly and efficiently to security incidents, such as data breaches and cyber-attacks.
  • Educate teams on security best practices, utilizing presentations and learning resources to emphasize security vulnerabilities and associated risks.
  • Evaluate, test, and deploy a variety of security technologies and tools to strengthen the organization's security stance.

What You Have:
5 years of relevant experience in security-focused roles, including leadership and mentoring.

Proficiency in examining code for security issues in languages like Java and .NET.

A profound understanding of software development, security operations, and best practices across various software stacks.

Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Java .NETCore and .NET.

Familiarity with Public Cloud Security tools, services, and components, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Containers.

Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies (e.g., Git, Jenkins, CircleCI, Ansible, Terraform).

In-depth knowledge of security and privacy principles and best practices.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.

A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
