Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Front Desk Manager. The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations at the front desk, including receptionist duties, customer service, and reservations. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills- Experience in handling receptionist duties- Strong communication skills- Proficiency in managing reservations- Organizational skills and attention to detail- Ability to handle customer concerns and resolve issues- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
