Oracle HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :
- Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, etc.) based on business requirements.
- Analyze current HR processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide ongoing support and training for end-users, ensuring a smooth adoption of HCM solutions.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems.
- Stay updated on Oracle HCM product updates and best practices, providing recommendations for upgrades and enhancements.
- Develop documentation, including process flows, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Work with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
Required Skill :
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud data model, SQL, PLSQL.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) Technical Development
- Oracle HCM Cloud Implementations
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Data Integration / Interface Development
- Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Report Writing/Data Extracts
- Expertise with Web Services and the use of Oracle Cloud delivered Web Services (SOAP & REST)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Security
- Oracle BI Publisher
- OTBI (Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Strong Debugging and Problem-Solving Skills
