One of our B2 B Saa S companies is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join the business to drive the Finance function as the business continues to grow.ResponsibilitiesDrive clean statutory reporting, month-end closing, and accounting with external vendorsDrive strong financial controls and processes for the business in line with US and India regulationsManage tax reporting for the entities in India and the USManage the treasury function including cashflow management, and all banking relationshipsHelp the founder with budgeting, forecasting, and business planningHelp the founder with financial and investor reportingQualificationsSomeone currently based in BangaloreBetween 5 and 10 years of experienceCA/CPA preferredSomeone with a big 4 background would be advantageousPrior experience working in a startup would be highly advantageousSomeone with experience with Saa S models and the experience dealing with clients in the US would be considered an ideal profileSomeone who embraces ambiguity and thrives on building things from the ground upPlease apply to this role directly on.
