Oversee the entire accounting cycle, including journal entries, ledgers, reconciliations, and monthly/annual closing. Ensure timely finalization of accounts and coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors. Manage inventory valuation, and financial implications relevant to a manufacturing environment. Lead a team of accountants, ensure effective delegation and adherence to accounting best practices. Handle statutory compliances – GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, PF/ESIC, and other regulatory requirements. Monitor and improve ERP/accounting systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle or equivalent) processes for accuracy and efficiency. Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and cash flow forecasts to support management decision-making. Establish strong internal controls, process improvements, and documentation to ensure financial discipline. Act as a key liaison with auditors, consultants, bankers, and regulatory authorities. Requirements CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance) with a strong accounting and finance background. At least 15 years of relevant experience, with significant exposure to manufacturing/industrial operations. Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and statutory compliances. Proven ability to lead teams and manage end-to-end accounts independently. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Based in or willing to relocate to Hosur, Tamil Nadu. Benefits What We Offer Leadership role in a growing manufacturing organization.
