Responsibilities:- Maintain registration and license in India - Provide compliance support to all business units of the company in India - Manage KYC and AML matters, to implement controls over KYC and AML in order to comply with relevant rules and regulations, ensure our company comply with the regulatory reporting obligations - Implement and renew policies and procedures to ensure business comply with the rules and regulations - To identify, resolve and escalate compliance risk on a timely manner - As a representative of the company, responsible for the regulatory communications - To enforce the best market practice within the crypto business activitiesRequirements- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs within the financial services sector. - Bachelor's degree in a related field; - In-depth knowledge of Indian regulatory frameworks and guidelines, with hands-on experience in KYC/AML implementation and regulatory reporting. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating compliance risks.
