This is regarding opening with a leading Pvt Bank as an VP - FEMA ComplianceDesignation: VP - FEMA ComplianceExperience: CA/CS/MBA with prior relevant compliance experience 8 years.Should carry a good understanding of FEMA regulations, banking products and processes.Job Role:Regulatory Advisory & Control FrameworkSupport the Business Group by providing detailed and accurate advisory services, ensuring implementation of effective control frameworks for compliance with RBI regulations related to FEMA – Capital and Current Account transactions.
