🚨 We’re Hiring – Vice President (IFRS Reporting & Compliance) 🚨

We are looking for a seasoned Finance Leader to drive IFRS compliance and financial reporting at a leading life insurance company. This is a senior leadership role that requires deep expertise in IFRS 17 & IFRS 9 and proven experience in managing finance teams.


Job Title: Vice President – IFRS

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 15+ years in Finance/Accounting, with 5+ years in leadership roles

Qualification: CA / CPA


INSURANCE DOMAIN MANDATORY


What you’ll do:

✔️ Lead IFRS implementation and compliance across the organization

✔️ Prepare and review financial statements & regulatory filings

✔️ Act as IFRS subject-matter expert (focus: IFRS 17 & IFRS 9)

✔️ Collaborate with Actuarial, Risk & Investment teams

✔️ Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team

✔️ Coordinate with auditors and regulators
