Job Title: Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

The  Accounting Analyst will be involved in the accounting operations of the company, maintenance of an adequate system of accounting records, and ensuring that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles or international financial reporting standards. 

Involved in the day-to-day finance operations and accounting for the Company’s international subsidiaries. Involved in General Accounting which includes reconciliations. Involved in all accounting activities associated with the General Ledger particularly journal entries, accruals, fixed assets, inter-company, cash and bank. Help with the timely and accurate execution of accounting close (monthly and quarterly) Support in posting entries in Netsuite for the International Subsidiaries. Develop, maintain, and ensure complete accounting records for all transactions with adequate support, in auditable form, and per US GAAP Support in audit documentation. Assist and support in improving process inefficiencies. Follow Corporate policies and procedures. Support Accounting Manager on projects and ad-hoc tasks. Coordinate with US Finance teams and other departments to complete accurate records and provide accounting support.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration 3+years in the accounting role Knowledge of USGAAP Experience with Netsuite or similar ERP system  Good communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and independent with a strong work ethic Attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to prioritize and function with minimal supervision
