SEO Specialist – Job Description Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Black Hat SEO Specialist to aggressively increase website rankings, traffic, and visibility using unconventional and high-risk SEO tactics. This role requires deep knowledge of search engine loopholes, automation tools, and link-building schemes that go beyond traditional White Hat SEO practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute aggressive SEO campaigns leveraging tactics outside standard best practices.
  • Build and manage Private Blog Networks (PBNs) to generate backlinks.
  • Deploy cloaking, redirects, and doorway pages to manipulate search engine rankings.
  • Use automated tools (e.g., GSA, Scrapebox, XRumer, SENuke) for mass backlinking and content distribution.
  • Perform keyword stuffing, spun content creation, and hidden text/link placement where applicable.
  • Monitor competitors' black hat strategies and replicate/adapt them for advantage.
  • Track rankings, traffic spikes, and penalties across multiple domains.
  • Implement spamdexing, comment spam, and link injections to boost SERPs.
  • Manage churn-and-burn websites designed for short-term monetization (affiliate, CPA, or ad revenue).

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Black Hat SEO methods with demonstrable results.
  • Strong technical understanding of search engine algorithms and how to exploit them.
  • Proficiency with automation, content spinning, and backlinking software.
  • Ability to work with proxy servers, VPNs, and bot networks.
  • Risk-tolerant mindset, comfortable with sites potentially being penalized or banned.
  • Knowledge of affiliate marketing, arbitrage, or other monetization models a plus.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with churn-and-burn affiliate sites.
  • Familiarity with dark web marketing forums and black hat communities.
  • Ability to adapt quickly when search engines roll out algorithm updates.
