Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales PC with experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the battery sector. The candidate will be responsible for managing dealer and distribution networks, handling customer queries, and supporting sales operations with efficient reporting and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle dealer and distribution network maintain relationships, address concerns, and ensure smooth business flow.
  • Make regular sales calls to dealers, distributors, and prospects for business development.
  • Prepare, maintain, and update sales reports using Google Sheets and other tools.
  • Support sales team in achieving targets and ensure timely order processing & follow-ups.
  • Assist in dealer onboarding, coordination, and day-to-day sales operations.
  • Monitor sales performance and report insights to the management team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in Sales / Dealer & Distribution handling (Battery industry preferred).
  • Education: Graduate in any stream.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel and basic reporting tools.
  • Age: 20 – 40 years.
  • Other Skills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
