  • Coordinate day-to-day global payroll operations for our international offices, with a focus on UK, Germany, Australia and Japan.
  • Maintain and update payroll sheets with employee changes and submit them to external vendors Process payroll inputs, including new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
  • Verify numerical accuracy on reports and payments.
  • Assist in reconciling payroll discrepancies and resolving employee payroll inquiries.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors to ensure accurate payroll processing.
  • Help maintain compliance with international tax and wage laws.
  • Support the preparation of payroll-related reports and documentation.
  • Assist in improving and streamlining payroll processes and systems.


What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3-4 years of payroll experience; international payroll experience is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Basic understanding of payroll tax regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with employees, vendors, and team members.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing payroll regulations and processes.
