About the Job:
We are seeking a driven and experienced sales leader to spearhead our global Talent Technology SaaS sales efforts.
In this strategic role of Director Sales, you will be responsible for generating revenues for the SaaS products yourself for the first few months and thereafter building a high-performing sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets, while expanding our customer base across the world.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Generation: Owning and exceeding ambitious global sales targets for our Talent Technology SaaS offerings
Strategic Planning: Developing and executing a comprehensive sales plan that expands our market share and drives exponential revenue growth
Team Management: Building, leading, and motivating a high-performing team of SaaS sales professionals for revenue achievements. Developing and implementing sales training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of your team.
Talent Acquisition: Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding top sales talent to fuel our growth
Customer Focus: Fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure their success with our Talent Technology solutions.
Market Expertise: Staying abreast of industry trends, competitor landscape, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities
Performance Analysis: Utilize sales metrics to refine strategies and enhance team performance.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience and drive business growth.
Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities for informed strategic decisions
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in exceeding revenue targets
Experience working in a startup or fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
Experience and open to selling and achieving revenue targets as individual contributor
building and managing high-performing sales teams
Deep understanding of the Talent Technology landscape and its competitive dynamics
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Data-driven approach to sales with a strong understanding of sales metrics and analytics
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop and execute winning sales strategies
