Role Description
This is a part-time remote role for a Freelance Copyeditor at Finesse Editing Agency. The Copyeditor will be responsible for grammar checking, text editing, proofreading, and editorial tasks to ensure high-quality content. The role involves reviewing books to enhance their clarity, coherence, and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Grammar, Proofreading, and Text Editing skills
- Experience in Editorial and Writing tasks
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of different style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago)
- Previous experience in editing or related field is a plus
- Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred
