Creative Strategist
 to lead our design function and craft the visual heartbeat of our brand.

About the Role

As our Creative Strategist, you'll set the creative direction across all touchpoints—digital, offline, and experiential. From scroll-stopping social content to packaging that feels like art, you'll ensure every piece of design reflects our ethos of modern simplicity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor our in-house design team (graphic designers, video editors).
  • Own and evolve our design aesthetic: modern, minimal, elevated.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns across social, website, packaging, and events.
  • Be the "creative police," safeguarding brand consistency across every touchpoint.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals.
  • Experiment with storytelling through visuals, motion, and immersive experiences.
  • Stay hands-on when needed—guiding, reviewing, and elevating the creative bar.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–5 years of experience in design/creative strategy (D2C, lifestyle, or consumer brands preferred).
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates art-led, modern, and minimal design.
  • Proven experience leading creative teams with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work across multiple formats: digital, video, experiential, packaging.
  • Strong storytelling ability—translating brand values into design language.
