We guide customers from what’s now to what’s next by unlocking the value of their data and applications to solve their digital challenges, achieving outcomes that benefit both business and society.· Job Title: Alteryx Developer· Location: Bangalore(Hybrid)· Experience: 6-8 yrs· Job Type : Contract to hire.· Notice Period:- Immediate joiners.Work and Technical ExperienceMust have skills:- 5–6 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer and Alteryx Server.- Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and transformation.- Experience in ETL design, data cleansing, and workflow automation.- Familiarity with APIs, Excel, and cloud data sources (Azure, AWS, or GCP).- Understanding of data governance and performance tuning in Alteryx.Good to have skills:- Exposure to Python/R for advanced analytics or custom Alteryx tools.- Experience integrating Alteryx with Reporting tools- Knowledge of workflow version control (Git) and CI/CD practices.- Understanding of Snowflake, Databricks, or Azure Data Factory ecosystems.Qualification:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field- 5+ years of overall experience ETL and analytics with 3+ years in Alteryx development- Alteryx Core or Advanced Certification preferred.Qualities:- Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm- Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations- Able to consult, write, and present persuasively- Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team- Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback- Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones- Research focused mindset
