Role & responsibilities

Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth, revenue, and profitability.

  • Leading and managing a team of employees across various functions such as sales, marketing, product development, and operations.
  • Defining and managing budgets, resources, and performance metrics for the SBU.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborating with other SBUs and corporate functions to align strategies and leverage resources.
  • Driving innovation, process improvements, and change management initiatives within the SBU.
  • Monitoring and reporting performance to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards

Preferred candidate profile

Engineer with MBA

  • years of sales experience
  • Experience in Industrial safety/fire/disaster industry preferred
  • Good relations with decision makers across industry spectrum and track record of sales growth
  • Good personality & confidence, professional approach, effective communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyse data and transforming it into actionable sales strategies & approaches.
  • Exceptional leadership traits, ability to foster skills, ambition and engagement in people
  • Self-starter, ability to work under pressure.
