Business Manager

At Alle, we are building a personal AI stylist to discover, try-on & shop the best fashion ideas.
We’re assembling the founding team and are looking for someone with experience in identifying & partnering with popular & emerging fashion brands & shopping platforms. In this role, you'll be working directly with the founders and will be responsible for building our brand network.
Alle is venture-backed by the top VCs & angels in India & US.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify, qualify, negotiate and onboard high-potential fashion brands for the platform.
- Drive brand performance and growth by optimizing key metrics like discoverability, selection & pricing.
- Own end-to-end brand relationships and coordinate across internal teams for brand success.
- Analyze performance data and conduct market research to drive brand growth.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of brand partnerships/category management/business development experience in fashion e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of the fashion e-commerce landscape.
- Understanding & experience with key e-commerce growth levers like selection, pricing & discovery.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
