Role:Create snappy, Half as Interesting–style explainer animations that make You Tube viewers watch to the end. You’ll turn scripts + VO + notes marking which parts to animate into crisp 2 D/2.5 D motion: charts, maps, kinetic text, on‑screen UI/email callouts, and playful visual gags.Style references: Half As Interesting, Magnates Media, Wendover Productions (see this showreel - for exact vibe).What You'll Do:Animate sections as marked in our notes (we specify which parts need motion).Build clean, modular scenes with smooth easing, anticipation/overshoot, and tasteful motion blur.Turn numbers into clear animated charts (bars, lines, counters) and simple vector maps (zooms, routes, highlights)— illustrative accuracy , not GIS.Craft kinetic typography and on‑screen text through objects (e.g., email UI that zooms to a line and highlights it).Design creative data representations (comparisons, timelines, progress meters) from provided assets.Produce animations on top of Google Maps screen recordings when needed (routes, pins, callouts).Deliver clean renders of animated segments (project files only if requested).You'll Thrive If You Have:3–5 years’ experience in animation/motion graphics for explainers/education/You Tube.Strong timing and typography; graph‑editor literacy by practice (tool‑agnostic).Comfort working fast— same‑day/next‑day turns when news is fresh.Organized layers/precomps and tidy exports.Fluent English communication (read/write) for briefs and feedback.Exactly The Kinds of Assets You'll Make (from our showreel):Basic 2 D animationsComplex motion graphics sequencesCreative data representationsAnimations over Google Maps screen recordingsComplex digital maps (clean vector, illustrative)Text animations/titlesOn‑screen UI text (e.g., emails) with zoom‑and‑highlight treatmentsCompensation & Perks:Competitive within ₹55,000–₹75,000/month (salaried).Use published work in your reel/portfolio with permission.Stock/library access covered by us.Application Process:One project that is closest to our showreel ().Portfolio + Resume/CV (where you’ve worked and what you did).Location and earliest start date.A short intro (≤200 words) covering who you are, workflow & working style, preferred software, and typical turnaround time .
