Mission Statement of the Role:


We are looking for a YouTube and Instagram content creator to join our team. You will be responsible for producing and managing engaging and captivating video content on Public speaking for YouTube and Instagram channels to generate organic leads


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with marketing team to develop video content strategies
  • Conduct deep research to identify relevant and engaging topics on public speaking.
  • Craft scripts for YouTube videos and Instagram Reels that resonate with the target audience's interests 
  • Serve as the primary presenter in the videos and/or collaborate with fellow actors to deliver impactful content.
  • Coordinate closely with editors to refine and finalize video content, ensuring it maintains a high standard of quality and relevance. 
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics such as views, subscriptions, leads, and revenue, utilizing insights to optimize content strategy and foster growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and platform algorithms to maximize content visibility and engagement.
  • Pioneer's innovative content formats and delivery methods to captivate and inspire our audience.

Requirements: 


  • 4-8 years experience in content creation and script writing, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and impact.
  • Proven experience in growing a YouTube channel and experience in working with content creators, video editors, and camera persons
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Deep understanding of YouTube and Instagram platforms, including algorithms, trends, and best practices for audience engagement.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to craft compelling copies and create marketing videos
  • candidate must be based out of Gurgaon/ South Delhi or willing to relocate to Gurgaon as the role will be office-based 
  • Willingness to hustle and execute relentlessly to achieve results 
  • An apparent Founder's mindset, i.e. A mindset where the person can own up to the responsibility and shape it independently like a Founder
