¢ The system coordinator should have a four year technical degree or three year technical diploma.

¢ The engineer should have worked on Quality System Implementation and should have conducted
internal audits.
¢ He should have trained on problem solving 7 QC tools.

The engineer should be able to present the data to management and conduct MRM. He should be
able to implement the quality system in the organization in different sections.
¢ He should be aware of requirements of TS-16949/ISO 9000.
¢ He should have trained on problem solving 7 QC tools.
