Key Responsibilities:


Process and Program Development:

  • Analyze, build, and launch processes and programs to create the best experience for newly onboarded driver partners and consumers
  • Identify opportunities within our fleet management tools for improvements or new features, measure their impact, and help to implement them


Stakeholder Management:

  • Maintain productive working relationships with immediate team members and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Engage with functions across the business such as fleet onboarding, driver sourcing, operations, etc.


Supply Growth and New Channels:

  • · Drive supply creation and acquisition through new supply channels
  • · Build new channels and partnerships for sourcing new drivers and supply


Driver Onboarding and Management:

  • · Recruit, onboard, and manage driver partners to ensure an adequate supply of drivers to meet rider demand.
  • · Resolve driver complaints and issues, ensuring a high level of driver partner satisfaction.


Driver Engagement and Performance monitoring:

  • Design and implement initiatives to enhance driver satisfaction, retention, onboarding and loyalty
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address newly onboarded drivers' needs and concerns effectively


Operational Management:

  • Coordinate with the Operations team to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as driver efficiency, driver behavior and rider satisfaction for the newly onboarded drivers for the initial 1-month period
  • Develop a strong understanding of the issues faced by newly onboarded driver partners and help solve complex problem


Analytics and Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Conduct research and analysis based on both qualitative and quantitative data to study driver behavior and create impactful experiences


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Strategy
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making mentality
  • Excellent project management and execution along with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and implement them in a constantly changing, complex environment
  • Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
