About the Team 

Ninjacart aims at building the next-generation supply chain that can change the way vegetables and fruits reach our plate and improve the lives of India’s 58% workforce i.e farmers. We are forming a team of problem solvers, who can get things done and innovate our tomorrow part of the CEO’s office. As a member of the CEO’s Office Team. you will work on complex problems that affect our growth, profitability and everything in between. You all also drive new strategic initiatives 

In this role, you will get an opportunity to lead a small group of problem solvers. You will be responsible for leading these projects and owning their outcomes from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include Designing, Executing, Training, Performance Tracking, Making Improvements among other things.Every day is about thinking and solving new challenges and opportunities that come our way and ensuring that we meet the high expectations and deliver business outcomes. 

Responsibilities 

• Carry out the weekly supply chain planning across the first mile & last mile part of the supply chain for both B2B & E-Commerce business 

• Carry out Capacity planning including infrastructure & assets based on business projections, coordinate with the Business & Operations team 

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and execute the weekly plan; ensure the operations run smoothly 

• Analyze supply chain OPEX, identify the week-on-week deviations, ideate to reduce the operational expenses 

• Carry out Supply Chain Project planning, coordinate with project leads & prepare the project execution plan, operational expenses & track the week-on-week progress 

• Conduct weekly review with respective SCM metrics owners; analyze the progress & deviations • Automate the planning activities, coordinate with Tech/Product team to productize the requirements • Identify problems across the values chain, conduct root cause analysis and provide solutions to structurally solve 

• Innovate, improvise & optimize the SCM metrics including the PnL cost

• Postgraduate in management from Tier-1/2 B-schools is mandatory 

• 1-3 years of experience in managing supply chain operations in an e-commerce/Retail or FMCG organization 

• Team management experience is preferred
