Education Qualification: LLBIdeal Experience range: 3-5 years (Need candidates only based in Mumbai)The candidate will support the firm’s real estate litigation team in all aspects of legal practice, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and attending court hearings, and client meetings.Major Roles & Responsibility:Conduct legal research on various legal issues related to real estate-related litigation cases.Draft pleadings, and other legal documents related to litigation matters.Prepare trial and hearing documents and trial exhibits.Attend court hearings and other proceedings.Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.Required Skill Set:Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work as a team.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.Maintain client confidentiality.Behavioural Competency:Learning agility: Demonstrates willingness to acquire knowledge of the latest trends in the legal industryClient centricity: Gives priority to meeting clients' expectations, by balancing quality and timelinessTeamwork and collaboration: Display ownership and accountability for team goals by performing assigned tasks as per stated standardsProcess orientation: Follows applicable work processes/ procedures to deliver outcomesPersonal effectiveness: Plans own work, identifies resources and timelines effectivelyDrafting and presentation skills: Creates client presentations using a variety of communication delivery methods (e.G., written, electronic, oral, interpersonal)
