Purpose of the Role:
Establish the organization's presence in NCR and other identified markets in North India by adding new projects as per the organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:• Sourcing deals from various IPCs and independent brokers• Conducting site visits• Filtering deals based on organizational strategy• Assessing financial feasibilityNegotiation and due diligence with landowners•Preparing and closing term sheets• Coordinating the due diligence process with internal teams and external consultants•Negotiating and closing definitive documents• Internal Stakeholders: All functions for financial viability inputs and during due diligence activities.• External Stakeholders: Landowners, IPCs, banks, NBFCs, and various consultants for due diligence.
Requirements:• MBA from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 institutes with 15 years of experience• Relevant experience in business development/strategy roles, with 15+ years preferred• Understanding of the NCR market• Strong analytical skills and business valuation through financial modelling• Solution-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills• Ability to conduct end-to-end financial feasibility and lead negotiations• Strong track record of successfully completing end to end multiple dealsStrong network of brokers in NCR and a strong understanding of regulatory and approval processes in NCR
