Role Description: Wedding Stylist & Production Intern

Location: Mumbai, India

Duration: 3-6 months

Type: On-site Internship

Internship Type: Unpaid (Potential of converting into paid internship and then Job, depending upon the performance)


Role Overview:

As a Wedding Stylist & Production Intern at Golden Chariot, you will play a crucial role in curating and designing wedding decor. This includes researching various wedding themes, conceptualizing decor designs, and creating presentations to execute these designs on-site. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every wedding is a memorable and visually stunning event.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and develop decor designs for weddings with different themes.
  • Create detailed presentations on executing decor designs on-site.
  • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement decor setups.
  • Assist in the selection and procurement of decor materials and vendors.
  • Ensure decor setups align with client expectations and high-quality standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their decor needs and preferences.
  • Support the team in various tasks related to event planning and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Knowledge of the local wedding industry and vendors is a plus.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in event planning, hospitality management, or a related field.
  • An eye for design and aesthetics with a passion for wedding decor.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Prior experience or coursework in decor design, interior design, or a related field is advantageous.
