Position: Wedding Stylist & Production Intern

  • Location: Mumbai, India
  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • Type: On-site Internship
  • Internship: Unpaid (Potential opportunity for conversion to a paid internship and eventually a full-time role based on performance)

Role Overview

Join us as a Wedding Stylist & Production Intern at Golden Chariot, where you will have a key role in creating and designing wedding decorations. This involves exploring diverse wedding themes, conceptualizing decor ideas, and preparing presentations for the practical implementation of these designs on location. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure each wedding is an unforgettable and visually captivating experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and formulate decor concepts for weddings featuring various themes.
  • Develop detailed presentations outlining the execution of decor concepts on site.
  • Coordinate with the team to strategize and execute decor arrangements.
  • Assist in sourcing and procuring decor materials and engaging with vendors.
  • Ensure decor setups meet client expectations and uphold high-quality standards.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, catering to clients' decor preferences and requirements.
  • Assist the team with various tasks related to event coordination and management.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional customer service aptitude.
  • Capable of managing and executing multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Adaptability and agility in a dynamic work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Familiarity with the local wedding sector and vendors is advantageous.
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in event planning, hospitality management, or related fields.
  • An eye for design and aesthetics combined with a passion for wedding decor.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and quick-thinking capabilities.
  • Prior exposure or coursework in decor design, interior design, or related areas is beneficial.
