Mandate Own and accelerate one or more of BONbLOC’s high-value AI & IoT growth engines — and meticulously push them across the finish line with measurable business outcomes that are aligned with company objectives. Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and scale AI powered business capacity — including revenue-generating AI agents, AI-driven demand engines, and category-defining delivery capabilities - Build and commercialize strategic growth levers — such as industry-trained SLMs/LLMs, acquired capabilities, expanded IoT offerings and globally repeatable operating frameworks - Relentlessly drive successful execution — eliminate blockers, convert resistance into progress, and do not stop until financial and operational results are delivered - Operate at dual altitude — eyes on the horizon-feet on the ground, sleeves-rolled-up execution tracked through contribution margin, velocity, productivity, and adoption KPIs Profile - Top-tier MBA + Engineering/Computer Science background (both required) - 3–7 years total experience, including 1–3 years hands-on in AI product / applied ML / automation-led delivery / IoT product development / digital transformation - Demonstrated team leadership and business outcome ownership in high-pressure environments - Emotionally resilient: fail fast, but move self and team forward without giving up - Confident operating at both technical depth and business accountability levels
