We are looking for a skilled MERN Stack Developer with hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performing software applications. This role is only for Mumbai-based candidates who can join immediately at our Andheri East, Sakinaka office.

Key Responsibilities

As a MERN Stack Developer, you will be responsible for the complete software development lifecycle. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Developing, testing, and deploying scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Designing and implementing responsive user interfaces with
  • Building secure RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Working with cross-functional teams including designers, testers, and project managers.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing applications.
  • Managing databases (MongoDB) and ensuring data security and integrity.
  • Implementing authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
  • Conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Writing technical documentation and contributing to knowledge sharing.
  • Staying updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the MERN ecosystem.
  • Participating in requirement analysis and providing technical recommendations.
  • Delivering projects on time while meeting quality standards.
  • Supporting deployment and post-production maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a MERN Stack Developer.
  • Proven track record with at least 5 completed software projects.
  • Strong knowledge of MongoDB, , ,
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
