Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced Paid Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns- Develop campaign strategies for e-commerce, lead generation, and brand awareness- Track and report campaign performance using metrics like CPM, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rate- Optimize underperforming campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative modification
Requirements:
- 2+ years of paid advertising experience- Proven track record with Meta Ads and Google Ads- 1+ year of agency experience- Technical expertise in campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis- Familiarity with Google Analytics and third-party reporting tools- Strong problem-solving and budget management skills
Desirable Skills:
- Written and oral communication- SEO basics- Creativity in ad copy and design
