Job Description :

IILM University, a pioneer in education, invites applications for the position of Postdoctoral Fellow. We are looking for passionate researchers who have recently completed their doctoral studies and are eager to contribute to our dynamic research environment.

About Fellowship:

• Fellowship Amount: The fellowship amount varies over the years:
• First, Second, Third (if extended) year: In the form of monthly salary
• In addition, Contingency Amount: The fellows receive a travel and contingency amount

Eligibility :

• Applicants must hold a PhD degree (Management / Law / Engineering) with consistently good academic records.
• At least two research publications in ABDC/ Scopus are required from their PhD work.
• The applicant should not have completed more than two years from the date of their PhD defence to the PDF application submission deadline.
• The maximum age for applicants is 35 years , but this can be relaxed by 5 years for women, reserved category, and PWD candidates.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct cutting-edge research in relevant area.
• Collaborate with faculty members and contribute to joint research projects.
• Publish research findings in high-impact journals and conferences.
• Engage in mentoring graduate students and participate in departmental seminars.
