Main Duties & Scope of the role
Were looking for a strategic storyteller who can lead our social media presence with clarity, creativity, and confidence. Youll own the social content calendar, shape our brand voice, and craft copy that connects deeply with Gen Z and millennial audiences.
This role is perfect for someone whos part strategist, part writer, and part campaign architectsomeone who understands how to turn insights into ideas, and ideas into impact. You'll have strategic ownership of a fast-growing brands social voice, working in a collaborative team that values ideas, experimentation, and bold thinking. This is an opportunity to shape campaigns that make a real impact on young lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute monthly content calendars and campaign strategies.
- Write compelling copy for posts, reels, carousels, ads, and stories.
- Develop messaging frameworks and tone-of-voice guidelines.
- Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for engagement and lead generation.
- Collaborate with the creative producer to ensure visuals align with messaging.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, audience behaviour, and algorithm shifts.
- Brief and guide creative direction for visuals and videos.
About the Candidate (including required competencies)
Were looking for a short-form copy specialist who understands Gen Z and can write copy that stops a scroll. You should have the ability to ideate and lead campaigns from concept to execution.
Requirements & Qualification
- Extensive experience in social media strategy and copywriting.
- Proven success in growing engagement and leads via Instagram and Facebook.
- Familiarity with Canva, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Bonus: Experience in education, youth marketing, or personal branding.
