KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY


  • Assisting CCO in compliance adherence with extant guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
  • Interpreting, monitoring and advising on circulars, addendums, key regulatory and market developments with potential impacts on business
  • Assisting CCO in handling Regulatory Inspection and correspondence with Regulator
  • Provide adequate support during Board and Committee meetings relating to compliance matters
  • Managing transaction structure from compliance standpoint
  • Track policies and coordinate with stakeholders for implementation of compliance policies and align existing processes in line with regulatory changes
  • Monitoring and tracking the audits conducted
  • Check on Depository Participant
  • Get involved in central projects of Avendus Group


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED


  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience into NBFC industry
  • Considerable knowledge of Companies Act
  • Company Secretary with membership number and LLB (preferred)
  • Good domain knowledge of RBI regulations applicable to NBFCs
  • Good communication skills
