Looking for a suitable candidate with below qualifications for Analyst position in the Private Credit business at Avendus Capital.

Work Experience:Minimum 18 months of experience in Structured Finance, Private Credit, Credit teams of foreign banks, Wholesale Lending, etc.

Educational Qualifications (Either of):CA with internship in Big 4IIT Graduate, preferably CFA qualified (any level)

Job Responsibilities

Support towards Due Diligence, Sector Coverage and Business Development

1. Support the team in financial and commercial due diligence of the clients including analysis and interpretation of financial statements including preparing trading and transaction comparable, modeling & valuations and benchmarking for companies2. Participation with the team in business development activities to reach out to potential clients3. Preparing internal documents and memos / pitches for prospective deal situations with strong qualitative and quantitative analysis4. Creating a well-rounded information base around the select vertical(s) and the businesses that allows the team to identify key trends, drivers, viewpoint on the future trajectory, etc.5. Comfortable in undertaking multi-source research from databases, analyst coverages, industry and company reports

Deal Execution

1. Collateral preparation including detailed financial model, investormemorandum, valuation materials, data book with analysis and insights2. Manage the due diligence process, gradually front end the relationship with the respective client representatives3. Assist in the overall deal coordination with the senior team in monitoring the portfolio.
