Hi,
We have an opportunity with Publicis Groupe for a AVP/VP- Media & Growth position.
Location- Mumbai
Years of exp- 12-15 yrs
We are looking at candidates who has worked/working in the growth teams of large media agencies. This is a critical requirement because this role will be the conduit between inbound queries coming in from within the groupe (global/regional teams) or direct inbounds from clients for a pitch. This role will be helping mount complex pitches and organise the pitch theatre.
Here are some of the key attributes and pre requisites we should look for
Experience in running growth mandate for large media agencies
Abilty to work with multiple stakeholders (global/regional/local) and has demonstrated his/her ability to:
Demystify complex brief(s)
Provide clarity/big picture on the ask
Work with cross functional teams (Global/Regional/Local/Brands/Practices)
Orchestrate a pitch theatre
Write compelling proposals and negotiating contracts
Comfortable and adept at running/managing tools (e.g. Salesforce)
This is an individual contributor role, reporting into the Chief Product Officer. The candidate will need to be very strong on influencing as a bulk of the work that will get done will be from teams that do not report into this position

Ability to build relationships across the stake holders
Ability to join random dots and be able to spot opportunities for the groupe in a pitch which is beyond the requirements of the brief
High quotient on influencing
Adept at client management
Comfortable with numbers, data and tools management
