Role Overview

We are seeking a 
Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
 to be based in 
Jaipur
 for our ongoing projects with 
Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited (RRVPNL)
. The role will involve 
direct interaction with clients, approval of technical documents/drawings, and day-to-day communication
 to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the 
    primary point of contact with RRVPNL
     for project-related communications.
  • Coordinate and facilitate 
    approval of documents, drawings, and technical submissions
    .
  • Maintain proper records of 
    client communications, approvals, and submissions
    .
  • Ensure timely follow-up with RRVPNL officials for 
    pending approvals and queries
    .
  • Work closely with project managers and site engineers to 
    align technical and client requirements
    .
  • Assist in preparing 
    MIS reports, correspondence letters, and compliance documentation
    .
  • Support in 
    reviewing technical drawings
     and ensuring compliance with RRVPNL standards.
  • Escalate critical issues to the Project Manager for timely resolution.

Learning & Development

  • Exposure to 
    state transmission utility (RRVPNL) processes and standards
    .
  • Hands-on experience in 
    project documentation, client management, and technical coordination
    .
  • Mentorship from senior engineers and managers.
  • Career progression into 
    Project Coordination / Client Liaison Engineer / Project Engineer
     roles.

Qualifications

  • B.E. / B.Tech
     in Electrical / Civil / Mechanical Engineering.
  • Freshers or up to 
    1 year of experience
    .
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in 
    English & Hindi
    .
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD / drafting tools is an added advantage.

Skills Required

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle 
    official correspondence and documentation
    .
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
  • Professional attitude and client-facing confidence.
  • Eagerness to learn about 
    power infrastructure and transmission projects
    .
