Key Responsibilities

 Plan daily dispatch schedules based on sales orders and production output.

 Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales teams for smooth dispatch operations.

 Ensure vehicles are scheduled and loaded as per plan. Prepare and verify all dispatch documents including invoice, delivery challan, e-way bill, and gate pass.

 Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Weights & Measures, and transport regulations.

 Maintain accurate dispatch records for auditing purposes.

 Oversee the loading process to ensure correct product, quantity, and packaging.

 Monitor handling to avoid product damage or leakage.

 Ensure proper sealing and labeling before shipment.

 Coordinate with transporters for vehicle availability and route planning.

 Monitor vehicle turnaround time and resolve transit issues.

 Maintain transporter performance records.

 Monitor finished goods inventory to meet dispatch requirements.

 Conduct daily stock reconciliations with the warehouse team.

 Update sales/customer teams on dispatch status.

 Handle dispatch-related queries and complaints.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
